Parent and Me or “Baby gym” is an amazing class that allows parents to bond with their child and give them an outlet for their boundless energy. The class goal is to develop the children's motor skills, provide a foundation for more advanced movement classes and build social skills.

Some major skills are the ability to wait in line, taking turns, listening to an instructor, and getting to know others, and new environments. Sometimes we all forget that these basic skills are taught and need to be practiced early on.

 

Parent and Me is great for the parents providing an opportunity to relate to other parents, get advice, and find confidants!
