Parkour is a natural method of training exercises for the human body to go efficiently from Point A to Point B.  No specific structure or equipment is necessary for this practice: the body is the only tool.  It is a fitness program for all, combining all the natural skills of the human body: running, rolling, jumping, climbing, etc. This activity is about being able to navigate the obstacles with which you are presented. In the class you will become more fit and agile by doing: drills, obstacle courses, climbing, jumping, rolling, doing balances, bars, vaults, wall and precisions.


Students in this program are also taught foundations from free-running, tricking, calisthenics, breaking and gymnastics. There is no size, skill or experience level requirement.  Just come to have fun and become more fit!
