Parkour 

Our Parkour program is a non-competitive discipline.  It is a natural method of training exercises for the human body to go efficiently from Point A to Point B.  No specific structure or equipment is necessary for this practice: the body is the only tool.  It is a fitness program for all, combining all the natural skills of the human body: running, rolling, jumping, climbing, etc.  This activity is about being able to navigate the obstacles with which you are presented. In the class you will become more fit and agile by doing drills, climbing, jumping, rolling, and doing balances, bar grips, vaults and precisions.


There is no size, skill or experience level requirement.  Just come to have fun and become more fit!

Parkour (Ages 8+)

  • Tuesday 3:00 - 6:00 PM

  • Thursday 3:00 - 6:00 PM

  • Sunday 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
