Classes are Tuesday and or Thursday 7:30 - 8:30. Sunday 7:30-9:00

Parkour is a non-competitive discipline. Parkour is a natural method of training exercises for the human body to go efficiently to from point A to point B. No specific structure or equipment are necessary for this practice. The body is the only tool. It is a fitness program for all. It combines all the natural skills of the human body: running, rolling, jumping, climbing, etc. Parkour is about being able to navigate the obstacles with which you are presented. In the class you will become more fit and adjile, by drilling, climbs, grabs, rolls, balances, bar grips, vaults, precisions and jumping.
There is no size, skill or experience level requirement.
Just come to have fun and become more fit!
For those with the desire to dance and reach some great goals! Every dancer will develop key skills each dancer needs to succeed.
Time: Saturday 11:00am - 12:00pm
Includes but is not limited to: Hip hop / Ballet / Modern / Cheerleading
SBGC offers teams for boys and girls USAG levels 4-10. We train hard but have lots of fun! We have local state and national champions at all levels!
